Our products are cosmetics
Every product on this website is a cosmetic as defined in section 3(aaa) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940: something applied to the body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness or altering the appearance. Our products are not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, and we describe them in cosmetic terms such as “helps”, “supports” and “the appearance of”.
Not medical advice
Our founder is a practising doctor, and that clinical experience informs our formulations. Even so, nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For any skin, scalp or hair condition, please consult a qualified dermatologist or doctor.
Results and suitability
Skin and hair differ from person to person, so results vary. Anyone can be sensitive to an ingredient: we recommend a patch test before first use, and stopping use if irritation occurs. Always follow the directions and warnings on the product label.
Product information
Descriptions, pack sizes and ingredient highlights on this website describe our ready formulations for private label. Ingredient highlights are a selection, not the full ingredient list. Formulations, packaging and regulations change over time, so the details are confirmed in your quotation, and the label on the finished product always takes precedence.

Photographs on this website are illustrative. Some are created or edited digitally. Packaging shown with a “YOUR LOGO” label is an example of what we can produce for your brand, not a specific finished product. Colours, textures and pack details may differ from the products you receive.

Our ISO 9001:2015 certification covers our quality management system. It is not a certification of any individual product.
