What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some are essential for the website to work; others help a site understand how it is used.
Cookies we use
We use only essential cookies. They keep forms secure and remember your session while you browse, and they are deleted when they expire.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| puretelab-session | Keeps your session while you browse, for example to show form errors and confirmations. | 120 minutes |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects the forms on this website from cross-site request forgery. | 120 minutes |
Information stored in your browser
Two items are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us until you choose to send a form.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| purete.enquiry | Your enquiry list — the products you shortlist and the quantities you choose. | Until you clear it |
| purete.cookie-consent | Remembers that you have closed the cookie notice, so we do not show it again. | Until you clear it |
Third-party content
The map on our contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser details, as any website you visit does, and its own privacy policy applies. WhatsApp links take you to WhatsApp, which uses its own cookies.
Analytics and advertising
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.
Managing your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop forms on this website from working.
Clearing your browser's site data removes your enquiry list and your cookie choice.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
